Refund policy

We take pride in delivering high-quality protein powders. However, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once the package has been opened. If there is an issue with your order, such as damage or receiving the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days for assistance.

Refunds or Replacements: If your protein powder arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please reach out to us at info@realandnutrition.com within 30 days. We may ask for photos to assess the issue. Based on the situation, we will either:

  • Replace the product at no extra cost, or
  • Issue a refund.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you're expecting a refund but haven't received it, first check with your bank or credit card provider as processing times may vary. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@realandnutrition.com.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. For exchanges, email us at info@realandnutrition.com with your order details.

Shipping: If we request the return of a product due to an error or damage, return shipping costs will be covered by us. If you’re shipping a return over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
